The purpose of this page is share information about Mello-Roos entities in which our District is a member and to meet the requirements of Assembly Bill No. 1666 (Brough).  MSSIFA is the joint powers authority of the Modesto and Sylvan school districts overseeing spending of Mello-Roos tax dollars in Village I and surrounding areas.
