Orchard Elementary School

It is the mission of Orchard Elementary School to ensure all students learn at high levels. Within our school community, students will grow and learn in a positive and respectful environment where staff, students, and families are enthusiastic about the learning process.

We believe that the most promising strategy for achieving the mission of our school is to develop our
capacity to function as a professional learning community. We envision a school in which staff:

Meet Kiana Duyanen Sims, a truly remarkable leader and an inspiration to her peers at Orchard Elementary! Kiana embodies the qualities of a role model—she is honest, kind, and always willing to lend a helping hand.

As a proud member of the Orchard Leadership Academy (OLA), Kiana plays an active role in planning exciting events like dress-up days, rallies, and meaningful community projects. Her dedication and intrinsic motivation shine in everything she does, from her studies to her leadership contributions.

Kiana’s positive attitude and friendly nature make her a joy to be around, and she constantly strives to bring out the best in herself and those around her. She truly exemplifies what it means to S.O.A.R. at Orchard.
