We are thrilled to welcome you to the Orchard Elementary PTA page, your one-stop resource for staying informed and involved in all the ways our PTA supports our school. The PTA is a collaborative group of parents, teachers, and community members working together to enrich the educational experience for every student at Orchard Elementary.

What Does the PTA Do?

The PTA fosters a strong partnership between families and the school by organizing events, activities, and fundraisers that bring our community together while directly benefiting our students. With a focus on enhancing learning, promoting school spirit, and meeting classroom needs, the PTA’s efforts help create a vibrant and well-supported educational environment.

What Has the PTA Accomplished?

The generous support of our families and community has allowed the PTA to make a meaningful impact by funding:

• Classroom technology like chrome book carts for all the classrooms.
• Playground and outdoor activity equipment.
• Subsidies for student field trips and enrichment activities.
• The school marque, which included a new screen and technology
• Staff appreciation events and teacher grants to support classroom needs.

Your contributions have helped transform our school into a place where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Thank you for making it all possible!

PTA Meeting Dates and Times

We encourage all parents and guardians to attend our PTA meetings to stay informed, share your ideas, and be part of the decision-making process. Meetings are held on the following dates:

• Thursday, January 16th, 2025 @ 6:30-7:30 
• Thursday, February 13th, 2025 @ 6:30-7:30 
• Thursday, March 13th, 2025 @ 6:30-7:30 
• Thursday, April 10th, 2025 @ 6:30-7:30 
• Thursday, May 8th, 2025 @ 6:30-7:30 

Meetings take place in the multipurpose room. Your voice and perspective are essential, and we look forward to seeing you there!
