SIFA - Schools Infrastructure Financing Agency

The purpose of this page is share information about Mello-Roos entities in which our District is a member and to meet the requirements of Assembly Bill No. 1666 (Brough).  SIFA is the joint powers authority of the Modesto, Sylvan and Stanislaus Union school districts overseeing spending of Mello-Roos tax dollars in Village I and surrounding areas.
