Bicycle/Scooter/Skateboard Safety:
- Always wear a helmet that fits properly
- Watch for cars
- Parents supervise young children
- Wear light clothes so other can see you
- Follow the rules of the road
- Learn hand signals for stop and turns
- Make sure your equipment is in proper condition

Sports Safety:
- Use correct protective gear
- Stay hydrated
- Make sure equipment is working properly
- Warm up and stretch before practices and games
- Know the signs of concussion
- Take breaks to avoid overuse injury
- Report any injury to the coach
