Aeries Parent Portal

Parents will establish their online account. You will have access to your child's grades and attendance records at your disposal. Additionally, you can set up to have a weekly progress report emailed/texted to you for diligent access and up-to-date information.  Get started or access your account.

Reporting Absences

Parents should report absences to the school as soon as is possible by dialing the Attendance Office (209-552-3000). This is a 24-hour recording service provided by the school. There is also a website link to send an email

Students who have been absent must receive a "RE-ADMIT" slip from the attendance office window before attending the class(es) which were missed. They must secure the re-admit at a time other than class time, prior to the class(es) for which it is needed.
