What exactly IS a WEB leader?
Good question, a WEB leader is an 8th grade student selected from this year’s 7th graders: these students have positive qualities that we all agree make great people.

- willingness to lead others
- responsible enough to manage a group
- accountable to show up throughout all phases of the program during the year
- interested in helping others
- positive role model
- self-confident and self-directed
- has respect for diverse ideas and personalities
